Private Client Fee Earner

Three years PQE. Experienced Private Client fee earner required to provide advice across a broad range of private client matters to include Will drafting, estate planning, creation of trusts and administration, Powers of Attorney and advising the elderly.

Corporate Lawyer

Three years PQE. Strong Corporate Lawyer required to provide advice across a broad range of corporate transactions - will ideally have experience in some if not all of the following areas:

M & A; joint ventures; financing; corporate recovery and restructuring; and general corporate and commercial work.

The candidate will need to have sound marketing and business development skills and be prepared to help develop and take forward a newly established department.
