At Overburys, we have a large and experienced team dealing with Family Law. We offer a constructive and conciliatory approach to resolving legal problems on relationship breakdown.
Our range of expertise includes divorce, separation, cohabitee disputes, financial provision, domestic violence and child care law (both Public and Private Law).
We hold a Legal Aid franchise in family law and as such we are able to offer a full range of Public Funding to those clients who meet eligibility criteria. For private clients, we offer an initial free thirty minute consultation and a competitive rate of charges.
