The department specialises in a very wide area of civil litigation. The members of our department, their particular qualifications and areas of speciality are:
 | Brian Jarvis Brian is a Solicitor and our Department Head. He has over 45 years experience in most aspects of civil litigation including professional negligence, boundary disputes, commercial and other contract disputes. In addition, he heads our personal injury team and has experience of high-profile claims and catastrophic claims, including those involving proceedings in the USA as well as the UK. He has a working knowledge of German, French and Spanish and is currently studying Italian. | |

 | Roslyn Leeds Roslyn is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and deals with debt recovery both for private individuals and companies widely spread throughout the UK. She is also part of our personal injury team. | |
